Embellish Christmas

Happy Holidays!!

I am really enjoying having my family around me. My hubby and I will be going into town today to finish our shopping. Tonight we will be wrapping and relaxing. 

I have finished my Christmas cards, so we will spend the next two days delivering presents and cards.

Today's Card will takes inspiration from the Embellish Magazine Blog

Here's my card: 

  

The colour are so vibrant, I just brought this bright yellow striped ribbon on Ebay.  I often see supplies that I love, however it can be very difficult to get hold of them in the UK. I often buy things on Ebay and have them shipped to the UK. But I am now really aware of the taxes "ouch" ! I won't get caught out with those again. 

Back to the card I stamped it with Retro background from PTI and the Baubles are Basic Grey.

Pearls and Christmas

Hi There!

I am still on my mission of Christmas card making. So I have continued my Christmas theme with this card for the Raspberry Suite Challenge 20#

 

I am totally in love with the PTI Tree Trio Stamp Set. I love this tree especially, It's really vintage. I decided to use a few pearls, which sort of gives the effect of snow. I exchanged the baubles for Stars to give a different effect and added a Pearls to the centre.

 
 

It's starting the get really frosty around here. I am wondering, if it will snow this year!! Its not a regular thing these days. When it snows all the kids in our cul-de-sac, come out and sleigh down the hill. Our holidays start on 18th December next week can't wait !!

Our House To Yours

Hi There!

I am pleased to share a Christmas card today, as I have been intending to make lots over the past few weeks. This has not happened due to one thing and another. I have managed to complete one order this week for my aunt, so she will be really pleased. I will be adding a few pictures to my Flickr Account on the sidebar. My lovely Max came home on Saturday night too! This week has been much more peaceful.

 
 

This started out life as a Christmas Tag. But I decided it would be put to better use on my card!
